Tickets & Pricing
Season Passes are non-transferable and must never be passed to another individual.
We reserve the right to change offerings and prices at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to alter or change these terms without notice.
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations. However, if you contact the Visitor’s Centre during opening hours (10am-4pm) in advance of the day you are due to visit, we may be able to arrange an alternative date.
Entry prices can vary on special events days, this will be visible when you book.
Estate Policies
Entrance to the Castle is limited to posted times and guided tours. Visitors may not enter the Castle without the accompaniment of a guide.
Children aged 15 or under must be accompanied by an adult at all attractions and organised events; during a school visit the teacher is in loco parentis. Accompanying adults are responsible for supervising the children in their care at all times.
Visitors are reminded that for technical, weather or operational reasons, some facilities may be removed or closed or entertainment cancelled and/or altered at any time. Hampton Court Castle reserves the right to change the programme of attractions and entertainment if at any time it is deemed necessary or appropriate to do so.
Dogs are not permitted anywhere on the estate or the property, with the exception of registered support dogs. Please do not leave dogs unaccompanied in cars.
Hampton Court Castle accepts no responsibility for any personal property.

As a condition of sale, visitors to Hampton Court Castle consent to being photographed, filmed or sound recorded for use on TV, websites, social media, DVD, webcast, promotional materials, or other public mediums, as part of the audience, or by security CCTV.
